Payment
Terms for open accounts are "NET 30" - upon approval of credit application. (Shipments will be held up on accounts which run past due. Overdue balances will be subject to finance charges.)
MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover are accepted. All other orders will be sent COD or cash in
advance. To insure proper credit of payments, please write your customer number and invoice numbers on all checks.
Returned check fee - $25.00. We must be notified within 15 days of receipt of invoice of any errors in billing.

Shipping
Our standard shipping methods are UPS, DHL or Federal Express. Quoted delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
Most orders ship within 1 - 3 days.

Pricing
Customer supplied artwork will be quoted on the basis of intricacy of the design and material cost. Quotes will be delivered free of charge by phone or fax within 24
hours of receipt of artwork. Quoted prices stay in effect for 30 days, otherwise prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Guarantees
Since all our work is custom, no returns are possible - but we guarantee to replace any parts that are defective in material and/or workmanship, free of charge. Waterjet works
very hard to ensure error-free shipments, but our liability ends with the value of our product, so please inspect shipment before application to garments.

Licensed DesignsPurchasing professional, college, and corporate custom designs for the purpose of profiting from the identity of those designs requires a license. The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. When manufacturing product which incorporates these logos, we assume that you have obtained permission. We do, however, reserve the right to ask for written confirmation of this permission. Waterjet accepts no liability for any unauthorized use of such material. Waterjet reserves the right to refuse to cut and/or design a customer's order, or parts of an order, which are deemed to be offensive or which may allegedly be in violation of any legal statute.
